submitted by Sydney W. - |Recommended: YesAmazing Community and Experience — The whole process of moving in has been a breeze The leasing staff has been amazing and willing to help and answer all of my many questions. The maintenance team is also wonderful I needed help with some minor things after moving in and Jarvis and Theo were quick to help - I called and they were at my door in minutes I work in property management as well and can say that I am truly impressed by the customer service and quality of everything to do with Modera Buckhead. Thank you all so much

submitted by Lauren H. - |Recommended: YesMixed Feelings — The building is beautiful and the people residents, staff, etc. are friendly. That said, there are a ton of issues and miscommunications. I understand that's expected to some extent with a brand new building, but for how much I'm paying it's getting a little ridiculous. Issues such as - When I toured signed my lease, I was told there was plenty of visitor parking for guests. It was never once mentioned, nor is it in my lease agreement, that the visitor parking would eventually become paid. Out of no where we get an email saying guests now have to pay 20 if staying over 6 hrs , and they only validate 3 passes month. Kind of an issue for someone who's boyfriend lives driving distance. - My Google Fiber Jack was installed upside down so I had to wait a week to have it fixed get internet which was after I already had to wait a week for Google to send me a new starter kit because my initial package was somehow lost after being delivered here . - Majority of the amenities advertised are not yet open because they're still under construction. - My Nest Thermostat was having issues in fairness, probably more of a Nest problem . For about a week my apartment would randomly become muggy and I'd realize it was anywhere from 75-78 degrees. I think I've finally found a makeshift solution after spending over an hour on the phone with Nest support. - Other little problems such as the bench in my shower collects tons of water needing to be squeegeed every time I use it, front-load washer dryer in small closet so door needs to stay open to prevent mildew, no lighting in living room even on the fan , etc. Again, overall I really do like the place and the people who work here. I just wish some of these things weren't such an issue, and that more was disclosed up front. I'd recommend the Modera to a friend, but with quite a few caveats.

submitted by Camrei T. - |Recommended: YesIt's been great — It's convenient and excited The amenities are what sold lots of people. It would be nice if the concierge staff remained the same or if we got communication when they were changing. The dog park has been opening for months and I believe the Modera staff thought they were being nice by thinking optimistically and giving us unrealistic dates for opening. Once that stuff opens up lots of people will be very pleased.

There are limited number of parking passes given to residents, so if there are no parking passes are available, then you will be asked to park in a parking lot across the street which charges up to 30 per night to park there.

The guest parking passes are temporary in our retail parking deck. Our gates have been installed and you will be receiving a number of monthly validations.
